The LAST day of DHC

It was heard a few days back that there wouldn't be class conducted today. Instead, Mr. Alfie would be booking LT 25 to showscreen a film or rather a movie which he recommended strongly to us to watch and even said it could change our views of life, i assumed i guess. However, sad to say, i wasn't able to make it. In fact, i think all of my group members didn't make it. The reason why would most probably be presenting the assignment, or the other was to prepare the DHC assignment which actually comprises 70% of our grades.

For me, i didn't manage to get a good night sleep the previous day. In fact, the next day which is today, when i woke up, i decided to redo my DHC assignment from stretch which resulted to why i wasn't able to attend and watch the showscreen film at 12am. I was researching on Bill Gates and i must say that he is one really determined man. I believed his vision was actually to link and connect the world through his technology and softwares that he had created, which he not just succeeded and fulifilled his dreams but even impacting and affecting many other peoples' lifestyles as we speak.

Even as of now, technology has still been advancing. I believed strongly that his hard effort had been paid off. Even now i am also using his technology just to type my blog. I believed that if it wasn't of his determination and motivation to even do this computer and of the microsoft, we wouldn't be so fortunate to enjoy his blissful fruits that he had created. He really impacted the world through the things that he had programmed. So we should have a vision too~!!

After attending DHC class, where everyone took turns to present, i left the class. Waited for Yi Chuin to end her class. While i was waiting, i just leaned against the wall and i could hear someone saying that "I didn't know now they still punish students to stand out of class" and on top of that, when i turned around, i actually saw Lecturers such as Mr. Alan, Mr. Alfie and Amanda. Mr. Alan actually was wondering how on earth was i able to stand straight when the bag that i carried was bigger than me.

To Mr. Alan: I know, you are indirectly trying to imply that i am strong. Thanks for your motivational words. I will bear that in mind.

After Yi Chuin left the class, we actually did a trial run on the snapping of running sequence using my aunty's camera which she borrowed me just yesterday. We tried, however it still turned out to be blur. Solution that we thought of was most probably Ting Yu has to run in slow motion so that the images captured would be more clear. Now the problem that we faced would be how we could actually link Ting Yu running to the video fundamentals' room, which made us dealt such a huge blow, having to think the solution for this one. Not forgetting that Yi Chuin was kind of worried that i would be blocking the view of the audience when i had to grab hold of the camera. So i actually thought of grabbing the camera from the bottom that easily solves this problem.

We didn't had discussions today as Ting Yu had to go off earlier to attend her voice over course and Aaron went to work i believe. After that, i saw Lecturer Amanda and told her i was going to attend the cell group which is held in the design school canteen. I attended the cell group and to think someone even thought that i do not know how to play badminton and worst still don't even know how a badminton racket would look like. Sobz...

But anyway, thanks Yi Chuin for accompanying me all the way through the end of the cell group. I hope now you would have a clearer picture of how a cell group runs and how it is like. I really appreciate it. Yup..

We have decided to meet up tomorrow most probably at 10 or 11 am to take of the introduction of group members and of the flowy journey as like i had mentioned before, we wasn't that satisfied with the takes that we took.

Off i go, diving in to my wonderful bed.
Thinking along my project as i sleep. See ya...
