Indeed, today was the interim assessment day where teacher would want to know how we have progressed so far as to what we have done and not done as well. I was supposed to go school earlier to meet up my group mates so that they are able to have a look of my powerpoint slides and be familiarised with it.
But what came out unexpected, was the fact that i woke up late. The worst thing was when i woke up, it was EXACTLY 12pm sharp. I deeply and sincerely apologises from the bottom of my heart for causing such inconvenience to many people. Not forgetting that yesterday, we imported the 'introduction' file into the computer of 3d animation room and tried rendering the trial run version of the introduction. It actually took us like ages just waiting for the film to render, so we had decided to put it in our slides the next day which is today. The problem was when it had rendered finished and i wanted to put it in my thumbdrive and then to the powerpoint slides itself , my thumbdrive ran out of space which meant that we couldn't put the example and show it to teacher.
Sorry once again.
I was really panicky at that point of time, having seen or rather felt unlucky since the time i woke up [ like as though i woke from the wrong side of bed ]. And i would like to take this opportunity in here to thank God that the presentation turned out well and smooth too. I have promise to the rest of my group members that this would not happen again as in i will not be waking up late and of cause, we will be super prepared this time.
I was in awe when i saw 'snap' presented their introduction, it was indeed interesting and the fact where they looked so united and well rehearsed during presentation made me full of envious. Making me wanting to look up to them as a role model for presentation. And as for Raj's group, i was truly fascinated in the amount that they have done, [eg introduction, ending and they just left four scenes to film ] in fact it made me think that my group did little but it was also because our introduction turned out to be trial trun instead due to our high expectations. When i saw Joel's group presenting the introduction clip and the content as well, i found it to be very long. Maybe they could add a touch of excitement or to make it more lively instead. Overall, i felt it was a job well done and everyone did a great job.
Even Germaine's group where they actually drew Mr. Alan in animated form was very cute. Haha... Can't wait to see their ending product man. I was also proud of my group's presentation as Lecturer Wahidah did comment that it was good having to set our goals into what to be completed which made my heart at ease. Thanks Lecturer Wahidah. Haha, and if you have never notice, i used to be a perfectionist when i was younger. When i put the books in my cupboard, it has to be neatly arranged. Just the tilt of a book would make my heart uneasy and i will put it upright. Now, i am beginning to feel that my childhood 'perfectionist' attitude is coming again, making me more stress and bringing pressure not just to myself but my group members as well.
Sorry group members.
At times, i would always ask them if our group are slow in production. Once again, i want to thank my group members as if it wasn't for them, this presentation wouldn't run smoothly or even being taken place. Haha... the same thing happened again is that after the interim assessment, we didn't really get to discuss as yup YOU GUESSED IT, we had another DHC assignment to present which was to be handled up tomorrow and this time it was more crucial as it consists 70% of our marks.
Having trouble to who and what i should research on..
Back to DHC business.
Take care once again..
Everyone will do well for DHC yeh..
God bless
Nites.
